The basic Estate Planning Package consists of a Will, Georgia Advance Directive for Health Care, and Financial Power of Attorney. Effective in Georgia as of July 1, 2007, Living Wills, and Durable Health Care Powers of Attorney were replaced with the new Georgia Advance Directive for Health Care form.
